Kelly Services has partnered with a global leading flame-resistant workwear supplier in Burnaby, BC to recruit a Workwear Sales Regional Representative.

Our client is looking for a driven and dynamic individual to manage sales and relationships with their direct distributors in the British Columbia region. If you have experience in flame-resistant workwear sales or an adjacent industry and are looking for the ability to manage your desk with some autonomy while earning a competitive and growing income, then please keep reading!

Responsibilities:
* Execute the existing strategy for the business currently set by the Board of Directors.
* Develop Sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for new and existing business.
* Prospecting, lead generating, cold-calling, and sales negotiations.
* Account and CRM management.
* B2B and B2C sales generation.
* Procure a network of qualified dealers in your region.
* Provide analysis and lead sales forecasting, product forecasting, budgeting, and planning

Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
* 3 + years of outside sales experience within or adjacent to the workwear sales or the construction industry
* Secondary education is preferred, but not required
* Availability to travel domestically frequently and internationally occasionally
* Ability to be on the road 3- 4 days a week frequently visiting customers and prospects in person.
* Ability to blend in with a corporate environment as well as a industrial environment with ease.
* Strong organizational, planning, and strategic skills

Additional Information:
* A criminal background check and driver's abstract is required

Compensation:
* Base salary $75,000- $85,000 per year
* Competitive bonus structure (quarterly bonuses, stretch goal bonuses etc.)

Territory:
* All of British Columbia, based in lower mainland British Columbia.

Travel Requirements ( Company Vehicle Provided)
* 4 days a week on the road traveling visiting offices and sites. ( Day trips)
* 1 or 2 times per month there is a requirement to have a multi-day trip, staying overnight, and expenses reimbursed
* Setting up and attending Trade shows a few times a year.
* Annual trip to Sweden
