Our industry leading Landscape Construction Cochrane based client is seeking a full-time permanent year-round Landscape Construction Supervisor to join its team. Having been around for over 20 years, this organization is well established and looking for a key member of their team to handle large projects (>$500,000.00) whilst overseeing a team of five.
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing construction foremen on multiple projects simultaneously. S/he is responsible for coordinating staff and equipment with the dispatcher, relaying responsibilities, and training the foremen while managing budgets, client expectations, and quality on their projects.
This laid-back, down-to-earth organization believes in fostering growth. It manages its employees with mentorship and continuous development, seeking to inspire success and independence. With exceptional collaboration and relationship building, it is expecting to be very busy.
